They raised her in the suburbs of Mt. Lebanon Pennsylvania. Growing up she attended St. Bernard School and finished her education in the early years. Then, she went to Mt. Lebanon High School, which she has graduated. Avery Lou Celia, Mariana and Mariana are her four sisters. At the age of three, old, Daya began piano lessons. At 11 years old she played jazz piano. She was awarded a Dramalogue prize for her performance on stage in the show Catholic School Girls. Her first on-screen role was as a TV-series guest-star. There were recurring roles on series such as Hyperion Bay and was featured in independent movies like Home Room. Her debut lead role as a lead actress in Good Morning Miami. Later, she was a regular in shows like In Justice Boston Legal, House of Cards and House of Cards. Her fame was heightened by the role she played as Dana Gordon in the HBO series Entourage and won the Critics' Choice Television Award for her role as Quinn King in the TV show Un REAL. She reprised her role as Gordon for the comedic film Entourage and also appeared in the films Results and Run the Tide. She voices Veronica Cale, the animated character from the film Wonder Woman: Bloodlines.
